10th - 12th February 2012
COPT OAK (VALENTINES MASQURADE BALL)
The site is level but undulating. The approach to the site is firm and gravel covered. Adjacent to the site is the Copt Oak public house where you can enjoy a fine meal and good beer or wine. For the Valentine weekend the theme this year is "MASQURADE BALL" so Leicestershire DA invite you to join us for a great weekend. So come along in your Ball Gowns and Dinner Suites for a lot of fun and frolics and much more. A full program will be aranged (So watch this Space) you can download a flyer 
So come along and enjoy yourself. Stewards Tony & Laura 07875 727137 (Site opens at 1pm. Please do not arrive before the time stated unless you contact the stewards) Cost £10.00 per unit per Night + £2.00 per night for extra adults. (Saturday Night Only £13.50p per unit per night) This might be the Chairmans Bash!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2nd - 4th March 2012
VICTORIA FARM, CLAYBROOKE MAGNA (A.G.M.)
It's time to elect your committee for the next 12 months and propose any notices of motion (must be sent to the secretary by the end of January 2012) Please come along and air your views. Remember your DA needs you. (Please remember to bring your membership cards with you) The meeting starts at 2.30pm. Tea and biscuits at the interval as usual. Disco social on Saturday night for everyone attending the AGM, whether camping or not. There are toilets & showers facilities available on site. A limited number of electric hook ups are available at a small charge. Please arrange with stewards on arrival.
